I applied on indeed, received a call from one of the franchise owners to schedule the interview, was led to the office in-store on the day of, was asked some basic interview questions like how long do you plan to stay, what's your end goal, etc., and was told that I'd get a call about the outcome within 2 days.

Easy in-person interview that was just a conversation with the store manager. They were friendly and willing to talk about what compensation and growth look like at the company. Seems like a nice place to work but the pay is low and there is very little room for growth or pay raises.

Very easy had a phone interview with basic interview questions then set up a in person interview with similar questions to the phone interview was offered a job on the spot.
