I selected the date that matched their availability, but I did not receive any confirmation. Only after following up via email did they respond and officially confirm the interview. At that point, I asked for confirmation that the interview would be remote and requested the details to participate. However, I never received a reply. The day of the interview arrived and I was left without any instructions, as they never got back to me. I found this experience extremely unprofessional. Their communication was poorly handled and felt like a simple copy-paste of generic emails, without real attention to the candidates. Ironically, I think I was lucky not to move forward in the process, as this episode speaks volumes about the company's internal management.
