The Social Hub Community Host interview questions

I applied for a position, clearly stating that I currently live in another country and would be available to relocate within a month. After receiving an enthusiastic email about my CV and my six years of experience, I was asked to provide my availability for an interview with a few proposed dates. I selected the date that matched their availability, but I did not receive any confirmation. Only after following up via email did they respond and officially confirm the interview. At that point, I asked for confirmation that the interview would be remote and requested the details to participate. However, I never received a reply. The day of the interview arrived and I was left without any instructions, as they never got back to me. I found this experience extremely unprofessional. Their communication was poorly handled and felt like a simple copy-paste of generic emails, without real attention to the candidates. Ironically, I think I was lucky not to move forward in the process, as this episode speaks volumes about the company's internal management.

Video call with the HR personnel, she was super nice and explained the job duty in details. Salary was offered during the interview so everything is upfront. I didn't get the job at the end I wrote to ask the HR about the reasons and I got the reply which was very useful.
