The interview was well organised and everyone was on time. it included several stages of interviews and test before a decision was made. Meals were served at intervals during the interview. The last stage took the whole day.

Interview
It was a video interview, which excited me and it was very interesting to participate in this, it felt a little like a presentation - which I know it shouldn't. However when you can see yourself on the screen it feels so artificial. It was very different to anything I have experienced before, very little time to think of an answer. The questions were curve balls - they had clearly thought about the candidate they wanted and asked key questions. It appears to be a great company to work for and judging by the interview process (which was very pleasant and efficient) I can imagine it is! I classed this interview as difficult as it was tricky to prepare for and it was not like anything I had done before.
