Career opportunities are wide - since joining I have been in 3 different roles, all of which I have learned loads and expanding my business and career knowledge. The People at Heineken are really great to work with. I enjoy coming into work - it feels like a team all working towards the same goal/purpose which I really enjoy. It is a fun environment to work in and you are encouraged to be yourself which feel really inclusive.] Good work life balance! :)
Cons
I am office based and there is a expectation you are in 3 days per week - I enjoy this as I like talking to people and having those interactions. However, it does remove flexibility. Saying that, if you need to work from home for a certain reason on those days - you are able to.

Pros
Fantastic wide range of career opportunities- I am really impressed at how open minded Heineken are when it comes to looking at experience and opportunities which frequently enables colleagues to move between departments and into different roles. There is a vast range of learning and development opportunities for all Reward and benefits- wide ranging and flexible benefits to choose from inc. a monthly beer allowance, benefits allowance and smart spending app. Reward package is competitive If you work hard Heineken will reward and recognise your efforts. There are lots of opportunities to push yourself and grow should you wish to
