I had a teams call with the HR recruiter who kept on talking and really didn't give me a chance to get a word in. He asked me 3 questions about my qualifications, which I more than meet, and then I received an email saying that they will not proceed with me. It's really difficult to sell yourself when the recruiter just wants to talk and talk about themselves.
