First stage was a short video interview where you recorded yourself. This included a bit about yourself and a couple of scenario based questions along the lines of - describe the proudest moment etc. Next stage was a virtual interview with commercial manager and area manager. Both were very friendly and the questions were reasonable and specifically related to the job role. I wasn't successful in getting an offer but the commercial manager made sure to personally call and explain the reasoning why in detail.
