Personality tests are completed in advance so they can create a profile then quiz you on this, seeing if you are a good match against their business principles. There is a group task where you have a scenario you have to deal with and present on how you would attempt to resolve such issues. Finally a "speed dating" interview process where you go round different tables with senior members of staff answering questions on a variety of questions.
