I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied online (01/17). Got an email for to take their assessment soon after. About a month later (02/12) received a phone call from their recruiter and did an over-the-phone interview. She then sent me an email regarding my in person interview at their location. In the email it said on 02/18 my interview time was at 10 am. The day of I arrived, however they said I was scheduled for 11:15 am. So, I waited the time out in their office trying to get ready for my interview. I wasn't seen until 11:45, they were 30 minutes late. I've never had an interviewer who was late to a scheduled interview, on top of that all she did was ask the questions given to her, no eye contact, no smile; I was given the vibe that I wasn't going to get the job regardless of how well my skills were. Then the other co-interviewer came in, didn't ask any questions until the end; just like the other person seemed disinterested in taking me as a potential hire. The next day got an email (like I knew) that I wasn't the quite fit for the job, even though I had the skills.
I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Birmingham, AL)
Interview
It was relaxed. Very personal. Just going over job experience and tell me about yourself. After that he went over the job in detail. Told me how the day would be.
The interview process was pretty standard. The interviewer was very professional and helpful. It was a good experience. I hope to hear from them and work there again. Coca cola is a decent company.
It was very straightforward. They just asked a bunch of general questions about experience and work ethic. It's not a hard job. Anyone can do it. Good luck and hope this was helpful
