I started out as a contract worker doing customer service. A friend of mine worked in a different department and gave my resume to the recruiter. I had some initial testing and then two interviews. I moved up to quality analyst because I created the position. An actual department was created based on the work that me and a few others implemented. I have interviewed for other positions such as a Team Manager, but I never got the job. It's always 2-6 people. Sometimes it is one panel others it is two panels.
