I applied online. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2017
Interview
I was scheduled for an interview in Jacksonville, FL. I live in Missouri. The woman who set up my interview was aware lf the situation. I have family that lives in Jacksonville so I was going to relocate if I got the job with Coca Cola. So anyway my interview was rescheduled 2 days sooner than its original date. So I drove 15 hours straight to the interview with no sleep after already being awake for about 9 hours..... only to find out they already filled the position I was being interviewed for. Then he offered me a part time position. I had to force myself not to walk out of the building mid interview. I was fuming mad. Anyway, I drove down the road, told my family what happened, hopped in my car and drove back another 15 hours to Missouri. My main issue was that they were aware of the drive I made to be there and they filled the job without informing me. That was a lot of time and money they caused me to waste. On another note, the guy that interviewed me seemed extremely negative. In so many words he warned me that that area of Jacksonville is not a good area to live in. Also warned me that the job wasn't as great as some other Coke plants because of the branch that owns it or something like that. By the end of the interview, I wouldn't have accepted the job anyway, but that's besides the point that they should have told me the job wasn't available before my trip down there.

I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Birmingham, AL)
Interview
It was relaxed. Very personal. Just going over job experience and tell me about yourself. After that he went over the job in detail. Told me how the day would be.
The interview process was pretty standard. The interviewer was very professional and helpful. It was a good experience. I hope to hear from them and work there again. Coca cola is a decent company.
It was very straightforward. They just asked a bunch of general questions about experience and work ethic. It's not a hard job. Anyone can do it. Good luck and hope this was helpful
