Interview
I was asked to interview for the position through an outside recruiter and then greeted by an internal recruiter. The interview went fairly well, The VP of design was very nice and she asked basic questions of my previous experience. Within 10 minutes I was asked if I was offered the position. I started the following week and when I came the VP who hired me wasn't available and no one knew that I was even supposed to be there.
I showed my portfolio and talked a little bit about my past experiences. It was pretty standard. I went through several rounds of interviews with HR and the management. I felt it was straight forward.
I got a call from HR, then met the Art Director. Casual interview showing my portfolio. I asked more questions than she asked me and then got the tour of the design area.
