Can be tough because of dramam

Hours are non existent and often less than 5 hours No 15 minute break on a 4 hour shift Isolating job — have to be spaced far away from coworkers, making it hard to create a teamwork enviornment Zero workplace culture (no occasional snacks/food, free small gifts, team huddles, appreciation walls), so we don’t feel congratulated or celebrated in any way. Just clock in and work and leave.
