My interview was so long ago bring that I've been with the company for a long time. As an Asm I I interview associates and it's more like getting to know them. I ask them questions to put them at ease and to open up. I'm really good at reading people, something that all managers at Tcp are trained to do so the first 5 minutes determines if the interview will last 15 mins or an 1 hour.
