We went into the main area of the mall and the manager and I talked about the history of the Body Shop. I was interested in their fair trade policies and their impact on the environment. She was really nice.
Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
