First round was with HR recruiter asking about background, going through resume, asking about excel experience, etc. I have not done the other rounds, but am in the process. Sounds like second round is a behavioral and case interview and 3rd round is an excel case study

Question 1
How would you use excel (or what advanced data analysis tools in excel would you use) to analyse large sets of data?
I applied online. I interviewed at The Alexander Group (AZ)
Interview
Lengthy process for an underpaid position. Unfortunate that the case study is weighed so heavily in the process; those of us with years of consulting and managerial experience are at a huge disadvantage. The majority of individuals who are "managers" have not worked at any other firm during the work tenure. AGI seems to not know what they are looking for in hires.
