#1 - 30 min Zoom call with recruiter (standard behavioral qs) #2 - (2 parts) a 45 min. case study with a manager + a live excel case to showcase your excel skills (mid-advanced level) #3 - 45 minute case study with senior level manager Cases were both typical consulting cases and not super difficult but should know your frameworks well and be prepared for follow up questions on your rationale. Super nice team and can tell they have a good culture there.
