Online Quiz then Formal Interview if you have passed the threshold. Every store will be different depending on the manager. My manager was more interested in my ability to commute and eagerness for over time

Question 1
They asked if I had a car and would be willing to work overtime. Especially near the Christmas period.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
