Group interview with eight other people interviewing for the same role. Scenario based questions were asked and how would you react to situations. Practice those for the interview and you’ll be in a good position for the interview
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
