Interview
Assessment form (questionnaire) > group interview.
Basic form with situational questions about how you would react. Careful not to mark yourself out as a leader if you are applying to a assistant position. Then had to take part in group interview process with a flip chart, as long as you make some sort of contribution you'll be fine.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
