How do you deal with change in a workplace?
Independent work task on shop floor they are looking for interaction with other customers more than the task.
Very relaxed looking for leadership in team task ask how the task went at the end.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
