Apply on the website, a small questionnaire or an online test, then go for an interview and answer some job scenario questions. After the interview, I received a phone call, made the offer and accepted it.

Multiple scenario questions related to retail, such as how would you react to an angry customer?
A single interview consisting of only three fairly common interview questions followed by the opportunity to ask any questions of your own. Compared to other recruitment processes I have experienced it had less components.

face to face, and in the store where the manager was very kind and respectful towards me and i had a fantastic experience speaking with her about my experience and knowledge about the job

Stood at till packing bags interacting with customers while interviewer wandered off. Then was contacted to say I didn’t get the job. Wasn’t great and didn’t get a good vibe
