They asked about any skills I had and talked about the skills they looked for in their colleagues. It was a very easy interview and they offered me the job at the end of it.

Question 1
Could you give an example of when you had to solve a problem and how you went about doing this?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
