Group interview, team building questions, build a tower with marshmallows and pasta. Basically seeing how each person interacts within the group. Include everyone, take control of the group but also include everyone and get the best out of each individual.

Straightforward with examples of customer service, dealing with conflict - staff and customers. Resolving issues that arise in a large store ranging from leaks in the roof to customers injured when using travelators.
