Interview
I was invited for an interview at quite short notice. It lasted around 20-30 minutes and the main topic was as to my flexibility to work different days. As they tend to get a lot of students in London that aren't looking to work very often. Directly after the interview I was asked to try filling the crisp isle and to try serving on the till. After that went okay I was offered the job to start 2 days later.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
