Briefly job description, one round interview with the hiring manager, focus on the professional skills. Friendly atmosphere really focused on my technical and professional knowledge. Hiring manager provides me information about their plans for the future, good description how the company is working.

1 HM interview, followed by a panel of 3 interviews. Invested days into preparing and interviewing, it has been 6 weeks after the end of the panel and I still have not received a response one way or the other. The recruiter has ghosted me and did not reply to the 2 follow ups I have sent.
