Very easy, laid back interview but it all depends on the selected store and manager. The length of the process was about 15 minutes long and told me I had the job straight away but yet again it depends on your manager.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
