Short 15 minute 1 on 1 interview, the interviewer was quite friendly, i was asked some interview questions. After the interview was finished i was taken to the shop floor and was observed helping customers pack their shopping bags for around 10 minutes.

Question 1
When was a time you have gone above and beyond for a customer?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
