Applied online.Have to be very careful when you do the questionnaire,it does count a lot in being accepted to the next stage. Invited to interview via phone call after 2 weeks. One to one with a manager,very friendly.Nothing difficult! Asked about availability, what departments prefer or not at all...

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
