Applied through their website and had a couple a couple of days later to come in for an interview. Interview was very easy and more competency based stuffs. Had a phone interview and got called in to come for a 1-1 interview with a manager. The manager was really friendly, assured me and helped me to stay calm and everything went smoothly

Question 1
Describe a time you had to go your way to help a new colleague who just joined your team?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
