Interview process is good. All the rounds were telephonic. 3 technical rounds 1 manager round and 1 director round from US. But every round is like technical round. Even director interview also technical. They will ask question only from what you put in resume. I have cleared all the rounds but after asking the documents suddenly they stopped all the discussions. When I asked they said they are waiting for approval from management in US. Even after 1 month they said same reason. I am little disappointed with the reason for not giving offer letter. Please get the approval from management before interviews.
