A quick and smooth interview process when there is a burning requirement. Stay true to your CV\Resume and it is very easy to get through. They asked few programming questions just to make sure that you are not faking.
I had 2-3 phone interviews with hiring manager and team members. It was pretty decent. Asked about solarwinds tool and how a few stuff works in the software. What I exactly did at my previous company.
Two rounds will be there
Technical round
Manager round
Both rounds happened on same day
So the process is one day only.
I got offer on same day.
8 to 10 technical questions and only one question in mg round

3 rounds . First one being mostly technical. 2nd with team lead and manager mostly asking for preferred location and wfo policy. Last one is salary negotiations with HR. Offer letter is rolled out few days/weeks post interview process.
