first round will be technical, second will be managerial and 3rd will be HR round. you need to have good technical and conceptual knowledge to clear the interview. compensation will be less than what current market offers but end of the day it is TCS.

Recruiter called from naukri profile, hiring for a different client on contract basis. Ideally 3 rounds two technical and one managerial. They had scheduled interviews back to back for all candidates and interviewer was in a hurry
