Candidates shortlisted based on resume, online assessment which is basic questions will be asked like logical and analytical thinking, next will be technical round,manager round which is more about your behaviour testing and skills, HR round for salary discussion

It really went great where there are four rounds of interview in which aptitude, Group discussion, face to face and operational round held. I got through all the rounds by evening 5.%% pm on a fine saturday.
