It was pathetic. The interviewer in bias interms if region. She was only asking about my distance to work how am I going to manage. She was completely illogical and irrational.
First round technical second round management third round HR. It is nice interacting with them…. Good one to share knowledge with each other…. Easy one can be cracked with better knowledge on the subject

Screening them they have toen two technical and then hr round and everything is done as process and disciplined . Professional process is following and communication is always clear. In case of doubt hr is always answer
