The recruitment process was a two day programme. The first day comprised of a technical computer based test and the second day was dedicated to the personal interview of all the candidates who had cleared the technical round. The technical test conducted by the company was very intensive. The questions ranged from easy to very hard. It was rather like taking the CAT test but with a slightly smaller time quantum to enter an answer. Moving on, the HR interview was incisive. They asked me technical questions about my field of interest, questions on my project and questions from the subjects I had studies during the course of my B.E in CSE. Then on a personal level they questioned me about my family and hobbies and the like. During the interview the interviewers paid close attention to my body language and also to whether I was giving them the real facts or not. Finally, they asked me where I envision myself in ten years and if given the job would I have any locational constraints. On the whole, I had a good experience at the interview session because I had one thought firmly in mind, “They want me, I don’t need them.”
