First they have short listed my profile and call me at their Thane office . I reached there at 9:30 am .
They have collected my papers and after kept me waiting for 2hours they send me for F2F discussion . I went into Panel cabin and they told me you don't have hands on experience on spring hibernate we cannot take interview .
At this moment I got frustrated , I travelled from Santa Cruz to Thane and wasting my full day salary .
They just refused to take interview .
I didn't understand on which basis they have short list profile . They just do time waste of experience candidates .
