One round of interview over teams. I was asked theoretical questions from Angular, JavaScript, HTML & CSS. Few questions were related to issues I faced while development in previous projects.

4. How would you tackle when you and your manager do not agree to same thing?
No empathy towards employees
They are just kept as sheeps to shed wool from.
Interview was mediocre but the company was not ready to negotiate any other term.
Had to not take the opportunity because of some unnecessary rule

Interview
The interview process includes an initial screening through a phone call, followed by a detailed Technical Round, then a Managerial Round assessing fit and communication, and finally an HR Round focused on compensation and salary discussion.

La entrevista fue regular, preguntas puntuales que querias que respondieras de manera muy corta, casi que un quiz. Al final al pedir feedback me dijieron que en el reto tecnico no use signal pero si lo habia usado y ha sido que estaban viendo la evaluacion de otra persona
