Question 1
Tell us about when you had to lead a difficult conversation to upgrade talent.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Omaha, NE) in Dec 2018
Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter who asked some general information regarding my resume, followed by some behavioral, situational questions. After we spoke for about 45 minutes, she advised me that she was moving me on to the next interview- a face to face interview with the District Team Leader and District HR partner.
The face to face interview was brief and though I wasn’t strictly professionally dressed, I felt overdressed as the interviewers were in leggings and casual tops. The questions were exactly the same as asked by the recruiter. Altogether, it took about 30 minutes. I spent more time talking to the receptionist.
It’s only been the weekend, so still waiting to hear something.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you partnered/collaborated to improve your business.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Roseville, MN) in Jun 2016
Interview
The person from HR called me late for my phone interview. Didn’t seem to care. Then I felt the whole time she already didn’t want me. I think she decided before phone call I wasn’t a fit. Haha. That’s how it felt.
One question made absolutely no sense. Can you tell me about a time where you did expect to see the outcome but you saw something else and had to handle it differently than expected.
I might have it a little wrong but at the time it made no sense.
