I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target in May 2011
Interview
Received a phone call in response to my resume posted on Monster. Staffing person called to set up a phone interview with a Regional Recruiter. When that person did not call me at the designated date and time, I called the staffing person back. "Oh sorry, he couldn't make it." Very unprofessional to not let me know in advance. Another phone appointment was set. Then I got an email from the staffing person saying the Regional Recruiter had been moved into another position, once again cancelling the phone interview. Eventually received call from a Store Manager and in-person appointment was set for the next day.
