Standard 3 round interview process. Was happy to meet with multiple managers. Interviewers encouraged the use of the STAR method. Had an opportunity to meet with the site manager and human resources team.

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Rochester, NY) in Apr 2010
Interview
First interviewed with a campus recruiter. It was a 2:1 interview. Situational based questions, looking for the STAR response. Fairly easy and straight forward. I recommend asking a lot of questions.
If you do well and they think you will be a good fit, there is a second round of interviews with the District Team Leader. This is more of a get to know you type of interview. Also very straight forward.
After this, they extended me an offer and I had to submit a drug test. I accepted.
