I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Miami, FL) in Nov 2013
Interview
Lengthy, but not difficult if you can think on your feet. Be prepared to answer questions like "Tell me about a time when.." and they expect specific examples. They wan't to know how you will do in specific scenarios such as: customer service with an angry guest, task prioritization, helping others, working on a team etc. They are looking for quality, high scope answers and if they ask you about customer service examples make sure that you always "make it right for the guest", that is their moto.

Quick, thorough, believe it was 3 people in the interview from the company on the call. They were very friendly. Interview process was fairly smooth and did not take too long of a process.
