I was like 16 and they hired me no questions asked because I'm white and all the magers were white and had an oppositional relationship to the majority black staff

You start with a phone interview. Then they ask the same questions in a sit down interview. So keep that in mind after your phone interview. Bust out the same stories if you really want but I feel it's more effective to...not.

Interview
You can apply online or in the store. A lot of people are applying constantly so you have to check in on the status of your application. If you get a call for an interview there are 2 interviews you have to go through before you have to fill out paper work. Interview is pretty basic, if you come in with a good attitude & eagerness then I can't see how you can't get a job there.
