In person and really quick and casual. The process was made to feel welcoming and them trying to learn about me and how i could be applicable to the store.

How you helped someone without them asking or you needing anything in return.
Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.
Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there
