easy get to know you type interview, questions about background, basic stuff, like have you worked retail, do you like working with customers, do you want the job, what hours can you work, are you flexible

Target has quite a Seamless interview process in my experience. It was all done pretty quickly all the rounds. HR communication was consistent throughout. Processing after interview was also pretty quick. They were mass hiring at the moment so that could be one reason because I did hear otherwise from a couple of other employees. But my experience was good.

There were 3 rounds, the rounds were easy, only basic sql and analytics questions were asked. The interviewers were friendly The talent acquisition team though didn't have very clear communication and kept miscommunicating basic details.
