I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (New Brunswick, NJ) in Sept 2014
Interview
I sat with two different women, both of whom were overall pretty friendly. They asked me a lot of behavioral type questions to ensure that I could be a good team player and leader and that I had good communication skills. They told me during the interview that they are looking for someone who is fun and friendly but can also be stern and assertive when necessary. The interview was about 20-30 minutes long. I received an e-mail two days later inviting me to the second round interview, which was hosted by one lady from HR. That interview was more brief and consisted of more personal questions like why I wanted to work for Target, why I should be hired for the position, and some more behavioral questions.
