It's a remote interview, the call back time is pretty quick. If chosen the orientation can be scheduled the same week. It was easy, they send you a link and then you have 48 hours to record yourself.
Video recorded responses to questions with multiple attempts to review and redo before submitting. This is followed by a email to schedule a short phone interview to confirm availability. Be sure of your availability before agreeing to it because it will be locked in for months.

Working at Target worked out as they would be flexible to accommodate my growing family needs. If there was anything I needed to discuss, I felt free to do so with my manager at that time.
