It was a very simple process, I was sent a link for a virtual interview where I was given several tries to answer the questions. At another location I was asked for an in-person interview.

Guest experience questions and hypothetical scenerios
It’s an online interview with a set of easy questions and it’s straight forward and easy to answer and doesn’t take too long maybe like 20 minutes and you hear back fast

The whole process was automated by the system. I got the interview invitation (recording interview) by automatic message. And after a while I received the offer by phone call. (no offer mail by written format)
I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.

Question 1
A guest tells you they can’t find an item they came in for. Describe how you would respond and the actions you would take.
It was online through HireVue. It was pretty simply process since its online and they just send you emails for updates. They do take long periods of time though to get back to you on updates and such.
