The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Houston, TX) in Oct 2010

      Interview

I had my first interview with Target through on campus recruiting. They took my resume in at career fair, and I was called in for an interview 3 days later. I came in, and they ask simple behavioral questions such as "Tell me about a time when you did not meet your deadline?" or "Tell me about a time when you worked in a group and a group member did not agree." They asked me to go over my resume and 5 behavioral questions were asked. Two days after, they sent me an email with a survey and a personality test in which I filled out, and 3 more days after that, I received an email to come in to the Target for a final interview and their biggest store in Houston. i was then interviewed by two more people with 5 more behavioral questions. Within a week or two, I received an email to speak with me on the phone, and then I was offered the position and told to come in for a drug test.
