Interview
Very easy. Started with a phone screen and then an in person interview. Basic HR questions. Describe working with a group, is it better to finish a job incorrectly or not finish a job, how do you work with managers, how do you handle conflict, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked to describe working in a group setting.
This story can answer several questions:
Tell me about a time you worked cross-functionally.
Tell me about a communication challenge.
Tell me about a difficult stakeholder.
Tell me about solving a problem.
Tell me about managing expectations.
The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.
